New Bossa will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of order receipt. Exchanges and returns will be not accepted if shipment is postmarked after 15 days from receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and kept in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags on it.
New Bossa Gift Cards and products on Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund. All other items will be eligible for exchange or a store credit only; no cash or credit card refunds will be given.
The amount eligible for exchange will be the price of the returned / exchanged item(s) only. Shipping costs from original shipment are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of your parcel at our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Once approved, you will have 60 days to choose another piece and complete the exchange.
To return or exchange an item(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the piece(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Once this email is received, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Print the prepaid shipping label, and place it on a package with your items for return.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. For exchanges, the time for your newly selected product to reach you may vary depending on your shipping location. Please allow up to 5 business days for receipt of your new items once your return has been processed.
